Since the beginning, we are pursued to conduct drug discovery process promptly and efficiently in order to select preclinical candidates in a timely manner. As part of these efforts, Txinno Bioscience heavily invested to construct our own infrastructure, which is enabling us to perform essential experiments for drug discovery by ourselves in-house.

• 1) Chemistry Lab. Equipped with 12 Chemical hoods, 400 MHz NMR (Bruker), UPLC-MS (Waters), 4 MPLCs (Combiflash), etc.
• 2) Biology Lab. Equipped with hermetically-sealed cell culture room, 8-color FACS (Lyric, BD), ClarioStar plate reader (BMG), etc.
• 3) ADME Lab. Equipped with two LC-MS/MS (Triple Quad 5500+, AB sciex), Solubility HTS system (SpectraMax190, Molecular Device), etc.
• 4) Animal Facility at Dongtan. Dedicated animal cages and laboratory are in-use for in vivo efficacy and PK studies currently.
• 5) Preclinical Team. Organizing and operating a dedicated unit for preclinical tasks.
• 6) RA/CMC Team. Organizing and operating a dedicated unit for drug formulation, DP production and IND filing tasks.

Utilizing established infrastructure and capacity to conduct entire process of drug discovery in-house, we are pressing forward to discover and develop novel anti-cancer medicines.
